Jump Higher with the Leaper

The Leaper is ideal for home or team training. Our isokinetic resistance permits fast speed training promoting the development of fast-twitch muscle fibers that aren’t possible with typical weight training. This develops the explosiveness needed for jumping higher, quickness, and speed for all sports. Athletes get maximum resistance at every point with their range of motion and every rep.

As the athletes fatigue, they will continue to get maximum resistance based off the amount of effort they exert. We recommend 3 days of fast speed training — 30 reps within 30 seconds. Once a week, turn the speed controlled governor to slow speed so the athletes can only achieve 18 to 20 reps within their 30 second work out. This helps maintain their strength for their games.
